Quick update for 3.0.1. The patches don't seem to have changed much with this mod, but I may have missed something.

Robot civ home planets will now start with a robot assembly plant and an extra industrial district.

You can now use chemical processing purge type from the start.

Robots can no longer be selected as secondary species

pop_growth_speed_reduction = 0.25
changed to
pop_growth_speed = -0.25

This will make the negative modifier apply to base growth, rather than total growth.
