added 13 new artifacts
added Spells.xml file in case there is not a workable vanilla equiv
added description.txt for a local file of what does what
version.txt updated to 2.0
added "temporary" storage file untill i can get a hacky solution to work for upcoming artifacts
added a disabled by default slightly changed devchar for testing artifacts

most importantly:
fixed the spelling of berserk
even though its pronounced be zer k

fixed apple jam and bezerk giving permanent attack instead of during battle hopefully since i havent tested it

whoops artifact spelling mistakes

added 9 new artifacts
fixed health cascade to properly give 2 hp instead of 1
changed itemid name scheme to make categorizing them easier (if your not dev'ing this doesnt affect you)

added descriptions to steam page
fixed accidentally having frostmail as name for all 3 *mail artifacts
