this mod also includes a custom Spells.xml file used for additional elemental equivalents, these spells cannot normally be obtained, do not show up in the regular card pool and cannot be searched up in the library, ideally this file would not exist at all and i intend to avoid expanding it if possible

current values may be nerfed at any time if deemed too powerful

changelog will be updated as is reasonable
