**Other Changes:**

*Combustion Blast*
> Had its sound effects revamped to sound like the dangerous explosive death beam it should be.
> ((Working on adding the "pop" sound effect to really make it stand out))

*Focus Psi*
> Has had a small revamp in the Psi-burgeoning department, originally Psi-burgeoning is meant to make more powerful mutations have more dangerous consequences for over expending your psi in a given situation. Now it includes level scaling among some other factors which will make it more forgiving for creatures/players at higher levels. Mutations effected by this directly are: Psybrachiomancy, Combustion Blast, and Thermokinesis.

**Bug Fixes**
* Gills wasn't adding the bonus to regeneration while submerged, this should now be present.
