Fixed old ragdolls not being removed when players respawned in Hedge Your Bets
Fixed being allowed to attempt to buy shop weapons during events which lock players to certain weapons which caused the shop itself to wait forever trying to give the player a weapon they could never get

Fixed players being stuck disguised after "Prop Hunt" if they were a prop when the round ended
Fixed role weapons which can be picked up by anyone being swapped during "Taking Inventory"
Fixed players who don't do damage still triggering "Evasive Maneuvers"
Fixed damage in "Double-Edged Sword" not being accurate due to damage scaling
Fixed damage passed to ragdolls during "Bad Trip" not being accurate due to damage scaling
Fixed "Regeneration" being triggered when players didn't actually take damage due to damage scaling

Added tracking of event history. Events in history will are ignored when searching for a random event to start. (Thanks to The Stig for the idea!)
