Fixed old ragdolls not being removed when players respawned in Hedge Your Bets
Fixed being allowed to attempt to buy shop weapons during events which lock players to certain weapons which caused the shop itself to wait forever trying to give the player a weapon they could never get

Fixed players who don't do damage still triggering "Evasive Maneuvers"
