Fixed a bunch of bugs with the Bad Trip event
- Fixed ragdolling not stopping when the round ends
- Fixed case where players could get into constant ragdoll loops on some maps
- Fixed that damaging a player's ragdoll did not damage the player
- Fixed the players would lose Speed and Regeneration equipment after ragdolling
- Fixed that players would take CRUSH damage when the un-ragdoll logic is trying to find a good place to put them
