- Fixed that players would take CRUSH damage when the un-ragdoll logic is trying to find a good place to put them

Added missing knife damage ConVar for the Murder event to the list for ULX

Added ConVar to disable the revolver drop highlight in the Murder event

Changed TTT_RoleChanged event to use UniqueID

Fixed Suicide Squad detonator exploding at a dead player's spectator position
