Added a lot of changes for balance and more places for cover/firefights.

Many things have changed, this map is now ready to be released in the first public version!

Added a couple signs and secrets

Changed a lot, added functionality to a useless moving thing lol

Changed lighting, moved the turret to the bombsite/hostage rescue zone

Fixed bots a little. They still mostly jump off the map.
Tried to fix the turret's accuracy but it's useless at long range lol.
