*Cargo Market Reworks: (Work in Progress)
*Adjustments to individual base cargo rates to make them more realistic.
*Began process of reducing number of dry-van cargoes that weigh more than 45'000 pounds, as this will cause a semi truck with a tandem axle 53 foot standard dry-van trailer to be over the legal US Interstate Highway weight limit of 80'000 pounds.
