*NEW: Added Realistic Day of the Year after polling of mod subscribers.
-Sets in game day to 323, making it November 20th, 2022.
-Mod will account for daylight savings time adjustments; making for shorter days and longer nights during winter months and longer days and shorter nights during summer months.

Modified Bank Loans (Credits to IndianaBoss for base bank data and UI changes)
-Increased bank loan options from 4 to 8.
-Loan duration ranges from 2 months to 15 years. Loan amount is subject to change based on real world economic conditions and player feedback; and therefore is not listed in mod description.
-Bank loan interest rates subject to change based on real world CPI data by U.S. Federal Reserve. Players may get a higher or lower interest rate on their loans based on this data. Players will be informed when this rate has increased or decreased with each mod update when applicable. Players should pay attention to real world news to anticipate when rates may raise or lower before taking out new loans to ensure they get the best rate.
