Reconfigured the nacelle thruster blocks for optimal rotational speeds.

Fixed an uneven assignment of turret mounts for the drive section.

Fixed an issue where the hull blocks below the neck were not wide enough and left a gap into the ship internals. Much thanks to DarthK3v, who helps with the shakedown and testing.

Minor updates after flight test. Raised the height of the nacelles to prevent thruster emissions from showing through.
