-Added T2 PDX plus sloped variants
-Added overheating to T2 gimbals and T2 PDX
-Gladius max heat from 10k -> 8k (will overheat 20% sooner)
-Tiger heatsink rate 5 -> 9. (slower heat build and quicker cooldown)
-Tiger max heat 800 -> 400
-Blister bullet speed to 700 for real this time
-Tiger reload 11sec -> 5.7sec
-Fixed visual issue with Blister sloped 45 LOD1 (armor size and missing conveyor)

-Doubled gatling bullet speed. This is primarily to improve performance by reducing how many projectiles are floating around. If it is too much more effective I can increase spread or heat or something.
-Reverted long reload time on gatlings, didn't mean for that to get out.

UPDATE:
Changed PCU values significantly. They reflect performance goals, not damage balance.
-Tiger cannons 50 PCU
-Beams 100 PCU (Gladius 300)
-Blisters 500 PCU
-Meatball 1500 PCU

-Increased mag size for tigers from 16 to 24.
-Nerfed Tiger 30mm from 1000 to 800 damage.
-Increased mag inventory volumes.
-Adjusted Tiger 30mm inventory. Ammo pulling should work better.
-Adjusted Tiger animation speeds, WC had fixed some things.

UPDATE:
-Added angled variants of the blister turrets. More angled turrets to come later.
-Removed extra redundant build menu group.
-Probably other things I am forgetting rn but maybe not

Fixed Blister collision on the construction models too.
Also removed the speed limit on Gladius targeting.
