ok so i just noticed charged fspecial 2 had a WAY too high damage criteria to be hit back by opponents so i fixed that

-Hitting a Bowling Ball, whether as Cinnamon or an opponent, now inflicts 7 frames of hitpause on both the hitter and the ball. Also, you can no longer hit the ball after it has already hit an opponent.
