he should now spawn with the corrext model in campaign
lowered the bonus vs large/ small in his 6th skill respectively
his army buff skill "A Specialist's Guidance" has only one level and buffs the army's range for ranged units
can now choose what abilities to use in custom battle
minor changes

he will now replace the Witch Hunter in the Uberstreik garrison to defend the Reikland from the Bretonniantide
