-Added a new sound effect to the spray wind spells.

-Changed the particle trail of the Whirlwind and Tempest spells.

-Upated the imagespace modifier for the Tempest spell.

-Changed the coloring on the Whirlwind Cloak and Cyclone spell hand effects from white to gray in order to better match the the hand effects of the rest of the spells.

Fixed issue where wind spells did not give exp for the destruction skill.
