- Made the mod public again and tweaked the settings.

- Switched back to using patching. The 1.1 update changed how quests work so they now use a unique class which should prevent unwanted things from getting changed.

- Switched over to overwriting the storyteller defs for now. My patching caught a lot of things it shouldn't have including raids and orbital traders.
