-Added new Streetlight objects to be used around the map.
-Added a new building model for the LAPD.
-Added new Repulsion Doors that can be seen at high tech or highly defended locations (currently LAPD).
-Added new radiation pools that can be seen around the map, used to improve the fallout feeling.
-Changed all of the Riot Gear vests to be armored dusters.
-Seperated the Riot gear helmets and masks into two different items.
-Added custom clothing to Ulysses and Courier six.
-Added a new US Marine enemy that uses Combat Armor, similar to the Riot Police.

All of the updated Riot Gear/Combat Armor should drop, and the new streetlights can be seen in the Boneyard.

Updated the Hub and Den roads to the newer model.

-Made various new clutter objects that can be searched to drop items. These will be implemented around the map in the future, but examples can be seen at Sierra Army Depot.
-Made new road objects that include cracked and clean versions. These can be seen in the Boneyard.
-Made new Vault City roads and completely overhauled vault city to be accurate to it's design in Fallout 2.
-Made cracked and clean versions of smaller roads, these can be seen in NCR City.
-Replaced road textures with our cracked versions, these do need to be cleaned up in some spots but should work fine in most places.
-Made gothic bridge assets, these can be used in various parts of the map, but can be seen outside of San Francisco.
-Added Rasmusada's Patron to the Patron room.

-Reduced the health of all Log Walls
-Changed all wood and adobe buildables to Low-tier armor. (Not low-cal, but will take full damage from high-cal rather than half damage).
-Changed the health of all Adobe buildables (except prefabs) to 1800 health. This is a bit more than brick, but still less than metal when factoring it's high armor tier.
-Changed the tank barrel to deal 500 damage to everything. This results in increased damage to players and enemies, but significantly less to structures.
-Fixed collision on the rest of the vehicles.
-Reduced the firerate of the P100M, and reduced it's blast radius from 5m to 3m.
-Increased the firerate of the P100 from 1.5 shots per second to 2.
-Made static cars look more destroyed and rusted.
-Made static vehicles carry a small amount of coolant.
-Changed the way explosive weapons will be valued. Instead of basing the value of an explosive weapon off of it's DPS (which is typically lower), I will use "DDRPS" as my metric, this means Damage * Damage Radius per second. Essentially the weapon's blast radius will be factored into it's value.
-Changed Medbox and Autodocs to drop from a spawn table rather than randomly from a list.

-Added the P100 Plasma Rifle, and P100M Multiplas rifle to the game.
-Gloria Van Graff will now buy plasma weapons from the player.

Revamped The Hub

-Replaced the Plasma Caster with our own version, it deals 98 damage and consumes 3 plasma cartridge charges per shot.
-Replaced the old breathing masks on the lobotomites with our own versions.
-Changed the Midwest BoS vendors to use ballistic weapons, to better reflect the differences between the brotherhood groups.
