-Fixed some broke nav meshes
-Added temporary Junk Vendor for dumfoozles junk to sell. (Note that not all of dumfoozles junk is sellable atm as i didnt have enough time to implement all of them)
-Fixed Carjack salesman dialogue
-Moved Carjack Salesmen around the map to be near prospectors instead of near random NPCS
-Fixed Legion Armorer to sell Aj's Guns and ammo
-Encountered a problem with hoover dam teleport not working so instead ive put a temporary ladder leading down to its turbines (though the cap point itself seems to be bugged anyway so good luck doing anything with it for a second lmao)

-Buffed Coal Spawns in the mine north of New Kingsman
-Added a few nodes of Broc Flower and Xander Root to Arroyo
-Redid Jackpot
-Added Carjack Salesmen around the map
-Added tent and parking line to Legion Mechanic
-Fixed Hoover Dam Elevator
-Reworked Fate's dialogue and the holotape next to him in the spawn room clarifying which spawns are unfinished/Easy Medium or Hard
-Adjusted the tunnel going into the Big MT to help vehicles move thru easier
-Fixed Vault 44 name node not being teleportable
-Moved location nodes around the map to make them look better as well as added a few more useful ones and deleted useless ones

-Fixed continuous damage weapons having damage per hit values that were meant to be their DPS, causing insanely high damage per second.

Chainsaw damage is now 20 per hit (120 DPS), except it will still deal 100 to trees.
Ripper damage is now 19 per hit (75 DPS).
Thermic lance is now 25 per hit (150 DPS), except it will repair 50 to vehicles.

-Buffed T-51b and Advanced PA and their variants to have more DR.
-Made all salvaged power armors (including Raider, Tribal, and NCR salvaged) "Very Heavy" inflicting a -5% movement speed penalty per piece instead of the typical 2.5% for heavy armors.
-Fixed M3A1 sights being too low.
-Replaced coal in Getchell mine with a few gold nodes to reflect it being a gold mine irl.
-Removed Hardened T-51b PA from T3 spawns, and replaced it with T-51b for lore accuracy.
-Improved Phoenix area, including the T3 mili base.
-Added 8x scope to military attachment spawn table.
-Improved the New Canaan T3 military base.
-Fixed 5.56 20 round green tip magazine not being refillable by other 5.56 green tip sources.
-Laser barrel recipe has been updated to take the AER9, and is now called the AER9 barrel. Damage values also have been changed to match the AER9.
-Added salvaged variants of T-45, T-51, Winterized T-51, and Advanced Power Armors, and have replaced the PA drops with them.
-Allowed the Enclave and BoS vendors to be able to repair salvaged PA into a working state for a price.
-Removed Chosen One's PA from Arroyo vendor, as it negatively effects game balancing. This armor will return as a reward for the Arroyo quest in the future.
-Fixed incorrect items in Arroyo vendor, and arroyo guard not holding a gun.
-Fixed 80s vendor
-Fixed NCR vendor
-Replaced the Heavy Arms vendor with an Armor vendor for caps, legion, and NCR.
-Fixed run and gun not working for the MP 9.
-Make PA be repaired (durability) with steel and gold.

-Added Desert Ranger NPCs and vendors to the Desert Ranger outpost.
-Nerfed all turret barrels to not be so ungodly powerful.
-Fixed the common arms vendors for guns in caps, NCR dollars, and Legion Denarius.
-Reduced log wall crafting cost to just 5 logs.
-Added player buildable prefab variants of the Fallout NV houses.
-Fixed hunting rifle magazines not loading into each other
-Fixed 308 canister only taking up one inventory slot.
-Reduced inventory size for copper, gold, and steel piles.
-added new materials to the prospector vendor and tweaked the prices.
-Increased water bottle water to 100, and all sodas to 50.
