Bugfix:
-Power for MPDs wasn't calculated correctly depending on speed and speedlimit, is now fixed

Update v23:
-full support for small ship mass shift drives
-full support for frankenstein rotors (large rotor with small head)
-now supports variable shiftmass, just put as much as you want in the cargo container
-support for pretty much every item as shift mass, not just iron ingots
-fixed a bug that prevented mass drives from beeing detected in rare cases

-now any number of rotors is supported 1-infinity
-now works with only cargo containers for mass shift drives

-Script can now detect speedlimit automatically (ramps up until it can't anymore)

-removed all gyro torque cancelling, it's just too complex and won't work properly
-added power ramp up and drop off at limit for smoother performance
