This is the final update to Talos for a while. Minor bug fixes. Talos' hair will now appear while using other items. Added support for other characters using the Omen item, but it will still not be in the item pools.

Earthquake ability now scales to player's range. Charge bar shadow fixed. Removed visible tear splash.

Talos' shockwave tears will now only affect his tears and not anything else. Incubus and Fate's Reward still fire shockwaves as well.
