Nerfed condition from 80 to 60 and chnaged chance of degredation from 25 to 20 (lower = more chance to degredate).
Previously I've killed about 600 Z and condition of Katana did not degredate more than 1/2.

Reduced spawn rate.
On previous Managade to get 6 Katanas in one warehouse on rare loot settings.
