added a mostly functional device capable of converting cataclysm's and FU's power back and forth(FUpowerconverter)(currently treated by FU devices as a battery), and made a small fix in steam turbines

turrets now drop when destroyed, new object (IFF Id Obtainer) used for obtaining player specific UUID's (just interact with it and it will give you your UUID), you may wish to write it down though

extractors should now no longer pull items out of the module/nullification slots of the small drill and the filtered extractor's filter slot

steam turbines can now request water and coal from the node network, though wont be planning on giving the normal/basic steam generator the functionality
