Back Air: Fixed hitbox.
Down Air: Updated animation and fixed hitbox.

Dash Attack: Extended hitbox and increased knockback.
Forward Strong: Increased knockback.
Down Strong: Updated animation and fixed knockback.
Up Strong: Smaller hitbox now only where Obama hits and fixed knockback.

Special Meter: Charges every time Obamium gets hit. The move is a giant explosion that can kill opponents at zero. It can be activated hitting the attack button and the special button simultaniously.
