New update!

Back Air: Fixed hitbox.
Down Air: Updated animation and fixed hitbox.
Up Air: Fixed hitbox.
Dash Attack: Extended hitbox and increased knockback.
Forward Strong: Increased knockback.
Down Strong: Updated animation and fixed knockback.
Up Strong: Smaller hitbox now only where Obama hits and fixed knockback.
Jab: Increased knockback.
Forward Tilt: Updated animation.
Neutral Special: Bigger hitbox and increased knockback. It now has fire effect.
Forward Special: Increased knockback.
Down Special: Now leads to free fall.
Up special: Decreased duration. Can be cancelled by pressing the dodge button, not with special moves.

New addition!
Special Meter: Charges every time Obamium gets hit. The move is a giant explosion that can kill opponents at zero. It can be activated hitting the attack button and the special button simultaniously.
