X Remove perfect release specials
X Halo no longer work on Cooldown base

Rework:

+ Every third (Forth) attack deal extra damage base on the attack and grant one use of perfect specials.

-Uair- Change angle to 90

-Bair- Lower damage to 9 percent

-Dtilt- Lower damage to 4 percent.

-Dspec- No invincible after counted a hit.

~ Ustrong- Lower knockback 1.3 -> 0.9, now 3f quicker


-Fspec

Normal version: Teleport delay 30f -> 40f

PR version: Teleport delay 30f -> 60f
Now travel to they spot instead of just appear, the dome flip upside down if use in the air.


~ Halo:

Any melee attack get the Halo
Using Halo into airdash make halo unavailable until touch ground
Using Halo into Double Uspecial or PR Nspecial put it on a long cooldown
