Global desired slaves ratio change reverted, result is still the same but should be more compatible with other mods now.

New Building Changes

Slave estate and Mine now give an additional 50% slave desired ratio. Settlements with these buildings will now have a desired ratio of 5% C 10% F 85% S. Farming Settlements will not have a ratio change but will instead give -7 slaves needed for surplus from -5. This solves the isse of reaching a resource surplus being a lot harder with the mod while still retaining the mods purpose.

Local_desired_slaves_ratio increased from 0.3 to 0.35 to account for removed global ratio, the result should still be same as vanilla for cities

Settlement
-Local_desired_citizen_ratio = 0.05 added
-Local_desired_freemen_ratio = 0.1 added
-Local_desired_slaves_ratio = 0.35 added


Modifiers

Global_desired_slave_ratio = 0.05 changed to 0.00
Global_desired_tribesmen_ratio = 0.05 changed to 0.2 (tribes only)


Buildings

Settlement barracks
Local_desired_freemen_ratio increased from +0.15 to +0.5, end result is settlement ratio becomes 0.05C 0.6F 0.35S instead of 0.15F 0.05S (75% freemen 25% slaves) in vanilla
