Added the new AI Keen added (I think its the pirate drones on planets they finally got new AI)
missiles drones have way longer range
made a tweak to normal fighter drones so hopefully they'll crash less into the planet surface.

NPCs fighters will shoot through grids now instead of waiting for the player to come out of hiding.
