Keybind no longer blocks other controls mapped to same key.

Thanks to johnb432
Added keybind for clearing brush.
Added support for modded entrenching tools (hence the ACE 3.15.1 requirement).
Added icon for interaction (icon is from "hide terrain objects" module).
Added partial AI support

Re-doing action at the same spot will cut grass in a larger area.
