-Down aerial's multihits have angle flipper 10 once more.
-Charged forward special has a new property - the explosion has its own hitbox now, and when hit by a hammer attack, down strong or down special, it will fly at a straight trajectory unaffected by gravity before quickly exploding. Damage and knockback are roughly the same as before.
-Down special has new sound effects to sound more like a sword.
-Aerial down special's input for switching to the horizontal version was changed - you press left or right (depending on which direction you're facing) to swap now.

-Bluey can now stretch his arms on his idle animation.
-Taunt animation has been slightly touched up on.
-Dialogue Buddy support has been added.

-Portrait and character select arts were adjusted to account for slight changes in his character design.
-Full charge neutral special's stun properties have been restored.
-Down special's grounded, horizontal variant can now be used in the air by holding Parry in the first 8 frames of startup.

-3 alternate colors were replaced.
-Back aerial was reverted to the original thrust with the magic rod.
-Forward strong has slightly more lag.
-Up strong and its charged variant deal more knockback on the final blasts.
-Up aerial's final hit deals more knockback.
-Forward special's projectile travels slower, but builds speed over time.
-Down special can now interact with forward special's projectile - hitting it with the grounded variant will launch the ball straight up, while the aerial version will launch it downwards to roll on the ground and make Bluey bounce forwards.

-New moves time!!
--Down special is now Blade Thrust, a forward dash with a sword, a never before seen mode of the Everywand. On the air, it becomes a downwards dive that spikes. Magic charge makes it dash further and, for the aerial version, unleash 3 blasts on the ground when landing.
--Dash attack is now a sliding kick. A lot faster than the old one, but doesn't possess the same knockback, damage, or disjoint.
--Back aerial is now a backwards dropkick. It's faster and doesn't require sweetspotting, but doesn't possess as much kill power, disjoint, and cannot be powered up by the magic meter.
-Bluey now has 3 magic charges again, like how he was a couple builds back.
-Because of the change above, mid-charge neutral special is now a slightly bigger and stronger projectile than when uncharged.
-Tilts have been slightly altered in animation.
-Up tilt is active for less frames (6->4)
-Down tilt is much faster, but deals less damage and knockback.
-Adjusted skin color to be tanner.

-Fixed being able to avoid parrystun by jump or attack cancelling a parried down special.
-Redistributed power among the strong attacks.
-Fully charged neutral special no longer has stun properties, and deals less damage than before. However, its knockback scaling has been increased so it can continue serving as a kill move.
-Forward special has yet another new property: the move can be used again while the bowling ball is out to make use of the melee hitbox on the hammer. This same hitbox can still be used to relaunch the ball once again like all other hammer moves. It sends at a neutral angle like with forward strong, but the ball doesn't go as far due to the attack being weaker.
