Fixed a bug that prevented ALM from properly interacting with mod-added multi-item slots.
Fixed a bug that caused saved soldier loadouts to have empty entries (it was an internal bug with no gameplay ramifications, though, so you won't notice anything different unless you read debug logs)
Added a few more inventory slots into the blacklist.

ALM will now only use Infinite items as a replacement for an item that is in a saved loadout, but not currently available.
ALM will no longer interact with slots that are not visible to the player.
Debug logging is disabled by default now.

Fixed a bug that could cause the mod to permanently remove items from the inventory under certain conditions.

Low tier utility items will no longer be automatically replaced by high tier items when you add the soldier back to Squad Select, unless you specifically click Unequip Barracks.
E.g. Molotovs will no longer be replaced by Frag Grenades.

Refactored code responsible for equipping a loadout on the unit. It is now much more straightforward and works better.

Added a check so that the mod does not to attempt to equip items that are already equipped.
Fixed a bug when a mod would try to equip an Item State from History. This could potentially fix items duping.
