-New units added to U.S: M109 self-propelled gun, stinger soldier

-Reduced cost for Mi-8 gunship and attack damage and fire rate of its rockets
-Mi-8 Gunship will no longer be available for construction from HQ until the airfield has been builded
-Updated Mi-8 Gunship sprite
-Infantry, jeeps and tanks won't fire to air units anymore but igla and stinger soldiers
-Fixed PAVN fueld depot footprint
-Tanks will no longer be available for construction from HQ until the tank depot has been builded
