Remove modifiers from element names in labels (e.g., "Cobalt" instead
of "Cobalt Gas").
Improve label formatting by removing leading/trailing zeroes and
removing decimals once the value is above 10.
Add new element abbreviations.
Add unit abbreviations for rads/radbolts.
Enable critter sensor units to be translated.
Substantially simplified translation.

Remove unnecessary labels from the massage table, automatic dispenser, and spice grinder.
