Hylotl Village has been added.

No new buildings added, i just included the ability to see the building before being placed.
Also the blueprint object no longer needs to be anchored at the bottom but the foreground still needs to be clear.

Avian airship added. Looks pretty nice half submerged in the ocean.

Both novakid saloon types have been added.

Initial release includes most racial villages/city buildings.
