actually balanced the character a bit

-reduced speed (both ground and air) by like a lot
-made most tilts/arials look a lot more natural
-new nspecial sprite
-adjusted a few hitboxes
-different frame data for like, every move
-made wavedashing not impossible

fixed a bug where the hitstun grav was too low, causing xomg to basically just die after being hit once.

-nspecial now works more similarly to falco laser
-upsepcial is slower, does less damage and doesn't have a final hit lol get fucked
