hotfix:
- POUM and PCE emblems will be visible depending on whether the SPR_hinder_nkvd_interference focus was taken or not. Until the focus is taken all communist factions will use PCE emblem

Spanish civil war CoA's and emblems script was overhauled to be dependent on the picked focuses rather than cosmetic tags, core states and so on.

The proper emblems should now appear for all of the sides of the civil war in both historical and ahistorical playthroughs.

British Raj emblems update. Neutral and independent India will no longer use the Star of India emblem and instead have an emblem based on the seal of Azad Hind

The Byzantine CoA should now be visible back again if you have The Battle for the Bosphorus DLC, but aren't subscribed to my Vanilla Formable Nations Patch.

Since now the censored and uncensored versions of my mods are completely separate you have to subscribe to my uncensored version of the CoA mod for swastika to be visible on the Reichkomissariats CoAs.
