V1.03(which is a mistake, and is actually V1.04 in disguise):
Got rid of F3 modules, since the modules I was using (other than ORBAT) are practically made obsolete by ShackTac Group Indicators or Authentic Gameplay Modification, and while there are other nice modules, they aren't worth the trouble.

Fixed the waypoints broken by the object ID changes.
Further reduced the number of civilians.

Changed MX rifles to Black ones because why not.

Updated UPS to v2.2.0.

V1.02:
Changed the loadouts. Now the file size is smaller, appearances are randomised, and uses add~CargoGlobal instead of add~Cargo (which wasn't even working!) for items inside backpacks.
