- UA Change: The production bonus now only applies to land melee units (incl. gun/mounted/armor). This makes the ability with the Great General generation more consistent, more balanced and more in line with Treize's views of warfare.
- UU1 Change: The Lightning Count now longer gives adjacent units two attacks a turn. My LUA code knowledge isn't the best and this ability was inconsistent and exploitable (city defenders could retain this ability even if the Count was no where near them and the ability only worked if units moved to the Count). Even the code I adapted from others had the same issues so I decided to simplify it to match the Assyrian Siege Tower ability and ignore enemy ZoC as this still fits with the theme of the unit.
- Lots of minor text changes and a few more unique leader dialogue (but seems to be super hard to trigger).
- Capital city changed from Luxembourg HQ to Luxembourg City given that the city isn't in the vanilla game.
- Now uses the Ethiopian civ icon for city labels and if there a multiple OZ players. Still can't do fancy transparent icons but the Ethiopian one fits the civ just fine.

- Fixed coding error which meant the Lightning Count did not benefit from the Lightning Warfare tenet, does now
- Civilopedia fixes and amendments, including changing the name of the promotion given to units from cities celebrating WLtKD
