Initial version.

Special note: The Merrily fragment for L4D2 was derived from the very beginning and ending of the opening sequence. The closing sequence had been in use since 1940, so I wanted to distinguish the music by actually using the opening sequence (which was different from the previous era, which lasted from 1940-1945).
