Hotfix for psx matproxy, some unknown addon was defining a function on players with the same name as a variable I was using. Changed to avoid this.

- fix npc spawn menu weapon override
- fix callgesture error if playermodel is missing the activity
- fix npc weapon behaviour for burst fire & melee weapons by forcing them to think every tick on the server when held by an NPC/NextBot
- fix various validity errors with draconic shields if an entity has been removed when the shield checks occur
