fix draconic menu for real this time

attempt hotfix for draconic menu for players who's archived convars were affected by shitlord targeting my base

Hotfix for menu error with sv_drc_playerrep_disallow & sv_drc_playerrep_tweakonly

actual fix for matproxy issue

Attempted bandaid to recent errors on material proxies

add safety net to EFP in case of playermodels that are improperly made & lack an "eyes" attachment.

removed some debug prints I left in by accident, woops
