Update:

  • Major portions of the mod converted to SQL.
  • Includes support for YNAEMP and Sukritact's Events and Decisions.
  • PMC Incorporators now provide a free Workshop. (This is subject to change based on balance.)
  • PMC Incorporators now provide the free basic buildings and extra Population to other Civilizations which obtain them. Only Outer Heaven gains the Emotive Ammo buildings, however.
