GENERAL
===============
- Reduced bonus base damage from Primary Attribute from 2 to 1.5
- Reduced bonus base damage from Any Attirbute for Universal heroes from 1.4 to 1.0
- Intelligence now gives +0.4% Spell Amplification per 10 Intelligence.
- Increased bonus base damage from Agility from 1 to 1.5.
- Primary Attributes now gives +110 bonus health per 10 Strength.
- Removed the bonus base health gained per level.
- The following changes have this effect:
- Primary Attributes now provide the hero with 11 health, 0.8% spell amplification and 1.5 base damage. Uses to be 0 bonus health, 0.8% spell amplification and 2 base damage.
- Every attribute now provide Universal Heroes with 4 health, 0.3% spell amplification and 1.0 base damage. Used to be 0 health, 0.3% spell amplification and 1.4 base damage.
- Strength heroes now gain the following from +1 Strength: 33 health, 0.08% spell amplification and 1.5 base damage. Used to be 22 health, 0.08% spell amplification and 2 base damage.
- Agility heroes now gain the following from +1 Agility: 11 health, 0.08% spell amplification and 3 base damage. Used to be 0 health, 0.08% spell amplification and 3 base damage.
- Intelligene heroes now gain the following from +1 Intelligence: 11 health, 0.12% spell amplification and 1.5 base damage. Used to be 0 health, 0.08% spell amplification and 2 base damage.
- Universal heroes now gain the following from +1 All Stats: 34 health, 0.13% spell amplification and 4.5 base damage. Used to be 22 health, 0.09% spell amplification and 5.7 base damage.
- Agility, Intelligence and Strength heroes now gain the following from +1 All Stats: 33 health, 0.12% spell amplification and 3 base damage. Used to be 22 health, 0.08% spell amplification and 3 base damage.
- Increased melee hero block chance from 60% to 80%
- Reduced melee block strength against heroes from 50% of attack damage received to 35% (Overall damage reduction from 30% to 28%)
- Reduced melee block strength against creeps from 70% of attack damage received to 50% (Overall damage reduction from 42% to 40%)
- Melee heroes now also always block at least 15% of creep damage.
