Bug fixes:
-Bitshift cipher with less than 8 zeroes/ones no longer cause indexing errors
-X# pairs are no longer encrypted by Two Square ciphers to form XX pairs

-Fixed Two Square cipher indexing error.
Major Change- Caesar shifts for dial roations are always forwards. Direction of shifts by dial position depend on the LED.
