Added RPG to cars(switch weapon button to use).

Removed 3rd-person/ADS from cars.

Small RC bomb fixes.

Bots will go towards the center during the radiation warning if they are able(see no enemies).

Fixed some zombie path issues, restored the looping path in town center.

Moved spots where dogs will "stay" closer to the street corners.

Changed doors sounds from 4 "clacks" total to 1 clack during open, closes silently.

Removed garage doors engine sound loop while opening.

Bots now get a gun or ammo refill at every radiation warning.

Dogs and zombies now stand still when they get to "downtown"(center).
