Fixed version all previous updates are hopefully have been applied

Another attempt at trying to update the submarine, hopefully this will be the last

Previous updates did not have any effect, had to go fix the submarine as there was multiple files

- Fixed bottom railgun (trigger_in unwired).

Minor update; fixed some minor issues
- Fixed the fact there is a lack of supplies through the submarine such as essentials and first aid; those have been added to the best locations.
- Fixed the periscope as there was no wiring to the outside camera.
- Fixed signage problem which many do not acknowledge.

To do list;
- fix power problem; can still be dealt with either a good reliable crew or switching to other batteries; may be planning a function so that batteries can be switched but be charged at the same time.
- adding more equipment to the armoury once the update drops. (will be done for all submarines)
