-Added many possible spawn locations for the start of the scenario
-Added a map to player's starting kit

-Enabled shift clicking on map

-Increased rate for usable cars to spawn
-Increased hunger/thirst reduction rate

-Replaced shop inventory with catalog from "Ravage: Money Hunters - Altis"

-Adjusted loot pools to remove specific item classnames to default Ravage arrays
-Adjusted scenario description
