More floating tree fixes, more terrain sanity, still broken textures, audio and various other things thanks to the editor not being 100%.

More terrain and texture fixes. The editor keeps loosing/reverting changes and seemingly randomly replaces textures.

**ON HOLD!!!

The fucking editor keeps switching textures, I go in, fix, recompile and it has substituted textures again.
