More floating trees and terrain tweaks...wish I could fix textures, add some god damn audio, weather, fix the lighting, carve some terrain...le sigh...

More balance tweaks trying to compensate for RF's bad mechanics.

Changed the capture point rates. One of the many problems with the in game editor is there is no "fall back" respawn point which means some rules change. It used to be if a point was still your color but under capture you could respawn at a "fall back" point that was out of line of sight of the point being captured. This does not exist anymore which means with a 5 or 10 second respawn you are likely if not certain to be repawned on a point and wiped out by a larger force almost immediately. This makes taking points worthlessly impossible. Normally I'd say set the respawn high but then when you get cheese killed you have to wait forever. By reducing the capture rate you can take a point before 300 bots spawn on top of you and make some progress while still getting back in the game quickly if you are killed. One of the horrible design decisions of RavenField is that the player adheres to the bot rules. Since it's single player YOU are the focus but too many rules / mechanics work against this. The "Player Has All Weapons check should not exist and the player should always have all the weapons. The option should be allow bots to use mods. Same way humans should respawn instantly and only bots adhere to the reenforcement interval and it's "hidden" grace time BS.

More floating tree fixes...this would be so much easier if the editor could disable shadows and didn't have the horrid blue washy tint BS over everything.
