RPG items:
Fixed issue with armor with Dapper prefix not giving a sanity bonus while running DLC
Following armor items can now get prefixes:
- Cat Cap (DLC)
- Ice Cube (DLC)
- Rain Hat (DLC)
- Fashion Helm (DLC)
- Battle Helm (DLC)
- Parasoll (DLC)

Following weapon items can now get prefixes:
- Battle Spear (DLC)

Fixed crash when trying to Identify non-magical items (they can no longer be identified)

Fixed crash where created item ended up in backpack
Armor effects had 100% chance to appear, now the appropriate 20%
